Care Home Manager – Elderly
Starling Recruitment are delighted to support this innovative and well respected provider of Adult Residential Services recruit for a new Registered Manager. This will be to run an established and stable home for up to 40 elderly people in the Newcastle area. This home is rated as “Good” by Ofsted.
This company offer fantastic care to their residents and committed to providing positive experiences to support individual interests. The home itself is refurbished to a high standard and the gardens are beautiful. There is a committed and stable staff team in place.
Additionally, there is an experienced senior management team in place to provide support to the Registered Manager. This position would suit a Manager with previous experience of managing a residential home or equally for a Deputy ready to take the next stage with relevant support in place to make the transition.
Duties include:
- Staff management
- Building effective working relationships with other relevant professionals and families
- Care planning
- Full responsible for CQC requirements
- Adherence and implementing company policy and procedure
You will have
- Previous management experience within an elderly residential care setting
- NVQ 5 Leadership & Management
- Desire to create a stable, happy and nurturing home
In return you will receive a salary up to £41k depending on experience. This organisation prides itself on its supportive culture for staff and you will receive regular supervision from the experienced senior management team as well as peer support.
