Information Gathering

We believe communication is key and want to get to know you as well as your skills, experience and career aspirations.  This starts with an informal chat to learn more and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions.

Confidentiality

We are at any one time managing multiple highly sensitive recruitment processes and our entire process is fully confidential. You can be assured of our professionalism and discretion at all times.

Selection

If we don’t have an immediate position for you, we will actively source a position through our extensive network.  We are often aware of positions that are due to come up and can help manage these for you.

Interview

We will provide you with support throughout the interview process, offering guidance and assistance as required. We offer friendly and professional help when you need it.

Follow up

Feedback is essential. It benefits you and the employer so we always call you following your interview to gather your thoughts. If you have been successful, we’ll also follow up after you begin your employment too. We want everyone to have the best experience and be happy in their new role.
