Information Gathering

Selection
All candidates undertake our rigorous selection process, including a face to face interview to account for any gaps in employment, check documentation and discuss their specific requirements in depth. We carry out preliminary talks with candidates to create a time efficient process for you so you can concentrate on your own day to day operations. We utilise our long term relationships within the sector to ensure we have done everything possible to source the best talent for you
Interview
We will provide you with support throughout the interview process, offering guidance and assistance whenever you need it.
Follow up
Once a candidate has been offered a position. We will follow up to provide feedback to both parties. We want everyone to have the best experience. Once an offer has been made we support you and the candidate through salary package negotiation and the onboarding process to ensure it all runs smoothly for both parties.
Fee Structure
Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidates’ annual salary and is payable on their start date.
